yep, but those games just as man others like bioshock are a complete change, and many times the authors dont know what was so good about the game 3 when they made the game 4, but here in Dota the gamplay will be EXACTLY the same ^^

Well, i never played cod 2, only 1, 4,5,6,7 lol. Because i bought CoD when 4 was out and at that time the graphics were freaking impressive. Oh, and Cod1 is amazing xD

DotA1 is awesome but lot of people are interested in DotA2 , as howlgram says , so DotA2 can easily replace DotA1

I didn't mean about graphic and that things. I said that more people play Cod 2 than other Cods online.

and about cod, cod 4 and 2 are not similar. They only have similar beginning of their names, but one is 2nd ww and 2nd is modern warfare. So you don't have any base for comparing them.

Well if the game mechanics are the same as in DotA 1 there is no reason for
playing DotA 1. I think there will be many players still be playing DotA 1 because
it could be bugged at the beginning etc. but when it's out for a while and most
bugs are fixed they will all change to Dota 2. But Dota 1 won't die because
there are always new people buying WC3 and the casual gamers who don't play
often maybe don't want to buy the new game.

Yes exactly. First it will come out, probably bugged and slightly imbalanced, but when it's fixed, DOTA 2 reign begins.

Actually you cant. someone likes modern war, someone likes ww war. I also think about starting playing cod 4 rather than cod 2

More people play CoD 2 cause it's longer available for us. And here, you are right. But i know many guys who play CoD 4 but don't play 2. That's cause of the fact, someone likes world war battles and someone likes modern warfare.

I played Cod 2 and Cod 4 and I like Cod 4 more than 2. But about popularity - Cod 2 has more players.

how can we speak about something that we have never see even more than 4 pics!!! yes there is some cool changes like leaver replacement, graphics upgrade and .... . so don't hurry. there was a lot of games that everyone thought " yeah it will break the old one's record" but it doesn't . and a lot of games that were surprising.
but I'm sure this one will be on the 2nd group!!!!!
