I can't enter to the dota 2 home page cause i stucking at "Connecting to the dota 2 network"
Is that dota 2 maintance ?
i cant even trade my dota 2 item cause of there is no dota 2 in my inventory , how ?

Tried restarting the game if not steam. That happened to me before restart did the trick.

when Connceting to dota 2 networks come First of all u need to check if steam servers are down and if u the only one expirience the prob if its confirmed just wait them to go on again
Second - if the problem insists restart dota or steam this should fix it
Third - If still nothing changes turn of dota 2 go to your Library > right click on dota 2 > Properties > Local Files > Verify Integrity Of Game Cache...... wait few minutes till it finish and then restart steam and this should officialy solve ur prob
If not Next step is to check ur firewall wich i dont really think that it will go that far and if u cant fix it in no way Contact Steam Support there u will find solution or even check dev.dota2.com (official dota 2 forum) search for possible solutions
