Recently, i can't anymore view my dota profile (heroes that i used, commedations etc.) and in addition to that i can't also set the items for any heroes. . .
any idea what is going on???

I think its a bug. I cant see my items on my heroes as you but I can see my profile . If its a bug I hope it gets fixed . If you dont believe its a bug here whats you do .
Open Steam>View>Games List > Right Click in Dota 2 > Properties > Local Files > Verify Integrity of Game Cache . Every time I got back to day in MW3 I used to do that so no danger there.

problem 1 solved, but the only thing is, my recent game wasn't recorded, darn it, i could have gotten an item coz i've seen a red bordered box on my lower left screen but gray(unidentified), tsk

^Probably packet loss indeed. Has to do with your internet connection.

happens to me too, u can go see your backpack if u want to make sure u got an item. if no new item in ur backpack means u didnt get last game. red frame is just because of ur connection, happens to me sometime

I had that problem too, i think it's just a bug.

Sometimes if you are lagged, or the steam is in update process, you can't. It's normal. It sucks anyway!
