Looking for players of the mentioned roles to form a solid team with. Depending on how well things develop, competitive play would be the next step after team formation. At the moment we have a fixed Hard Carry and a Mid.

Requirements
1. You play to win and play seriously
2. You're always willing to learn and improve regardless of your skill level
3. You're open to criticism and keep your own criticism constructive
4. You're persistent, mature and don't have a defeatist attitude
(includes raging and whining)
5. You've moderate-high experience and understanding of the game
6. You can play most-all heroes in the specified role
7. You've a mic, raidcall, mumble and can speak decent english
8. You've a solid internet connection and play on optimal settings
