I doubt that he'll be able to play Dota because he said his PC is crap and also because of the high ping when EU plays w/ SEA

Something new experience for a Teamplay with competitive people.

How can I know if I'm qualified to participate here?

check the requirements and search inside yourself and think if you meet them (about the skills) then to have skype + microphone and be positive learning and that's kinda all.

Does the [SEA] Region is necessary?There are ragers even at EU or even at US.
