why i search with english filter and i find every match one or more russian guys?...the problem isn't their nationality but their language...

It's just the fact that most of them (and not only them) don't care about those filters. They are simply searching all regions and modes in order to find their game as soon as possible. Try to ignore, that's the best advice I can give it to you.

damn...is a fuking team game and if u aren't someone like dendi u have to speak with your team in the language's filter...

I'm Russian and i put English region but i speak English in game. But some of my friends are like the state that Nexus said, They put (English+Russia) Region to find their match as fast as possible. And some just ignore it and say "it's the same and it's useless"

I actually get a ton of spanish/brazillian players. Some Russian, yes. When communication is difficult, it can ruin the game, especially in a disorganized pub. That said, I've played with a few Russians who knew their hero, and it turned out just fine.

Russians make me laugh....

I don't mind who I play with, but I always que US east and west with English, and I expect people to speak said tongue when playing in these regions. That's the only bit I find frustrating.

happens all the time i usually play on EU West(i am from Serbia SE EU) i got really awesome ping also on US E & W but there are Russian players also and brazilians(they are worse than russians),this is not weird it happens but no sollution,actually there is sollution and it is BAN ALL RUSSIAN PLAYERS

That's a bad solution.
Anyway you have to deal with the fact that (Russians,Brazilians,Etc..) Will not change the Region. Good luck

no with al servers...eu west australian and usa's servers

I don't mind playing with Russians as long as they can speak English... but most of the time they don't, which usually ruins the whole game.

its very annoying how they often do not communicate at all, but with these settings valve has done its best

Probably Dota 2 Mods should ban russians from Inrussian servers.
(dont want to be like racist, but seems like most of russians are too dumb to switch the servers of the search)
More then that, thats the typical dialog with russian:
russian: AXAXAXAXAXAXAXAXAxaaxaxaxaxa
english(me): Speak english plox, thats U.S server, that means you gotta speak eng here, that makes sense. And yeah, noone speaks russian here except you.
russian: пошёл нахуй америкос (copypasted from the dialog, as I later translated that means "fuck you fagget"
russian:(trying to speak eng properly) fuck you bitch i fuck your mum every day and she is liking it lsfldljkgljksajgdlka(some more russian words)
Further talkings with them are useless, most of them dont even know a bit of eng.

There are a lot of good players from Russia, especially if you notice that noone scans the decent players of the matches The problem is when someone is terrible and you can't even help in any way because he doesn't speak any common language and to make it more pathetic they are usually at mid.
