BUT ! When i go in my library, nothing, i don't see dota 2, so i don't know what to do, i've send a message to Steam but no answer after 1 week and ... I want to play to dota 2 ! ! So if somebody had the same problem help me. Many friends said to me they had a link in the message of steam who can activate dota 2 in your steam account, but i don't have it... Sorry for my english, thanks all !

The steps are : locate the game in steam's library, and follow the instructions.

But i don't locate the game . . . So i can't follow the instructions ^^ that's my problem, i dont locate the game

that instruction is for installing steam, is there any code that is inside the e-mail?

No that's what i say, all my friends has a link for activate dota 2, I don't have, and don't know what to do so :/

on the lower right/left corner of steam, click it, then if you have the code (dota 2 beta key = something like this 5AR-6YI-12FR56), copy paste it and steam itself will instruct you what to do..

I don't have the beta-key, i've nothing, only this message... I think it's an error of steam, i've win a dota2 beta key but it's a wrong message, but when i send a message to them, no answer so . . . nothing to do Sad

oohh,, fuck, I jsut remembered, that email is just a confirmation that you're allowed to enter the beta but you'll have to earn a beta key, sorry for the excitement I caused..

and after they say : CONGRATULATIONS! YOU HAVE BEEN INVITED TO PLAY DOTA 2

If that doesnt mean i can play to dota 2 and after they say locate dota 2 in your library and follow the instructions to install the game...

but still, keep watch for a key on your email..

What is your steam account under that certain e-mail?

That's the same email I got when I was invited and the game was just sitting in my library waiting to be installed. Did it come from support@steampowered.com? My only other guess is that the game will show up when the patch comes out later today but thats really a shot in the dark.
