Heroes of newearth is a good game, i feel a little ashamed of myself of leaving DoTA to play HoN. But im realy exited about Dota 2. Personaly i think DoTA has to many heroes right now.

No, many heroes isnt a bad thing, I just think that most of the heroes are a mixed hroe of some other heroes. Some heroes are speciall with their own spells that no hero is capable of. But some heroes has spells that are copyed of other heroes and they ust name that hero another name with other heroes spells. I think that is boring.

maybe some hero like lina / lion / rhasta still have standart warcraft skill...

most the new heroes that icefrog made in new dota version have unique skills ....
i just remember when spectre/mirana come to dota..then geomancer...till phoenix,snowball man. = most of them unique

some same abilities also get remake...like TB lifedrain now unique not like pugna then sven old stormbolt with SK old stormbolt ...
Old shadow strike = mortred,veno,akasha,viper

vodoo/hex still same
lina laguna = lion finger death
impale NA = impale lion

I guess im in some real deep shit ricght now becouse i cant name any exaples, its was more than a year ago since i played DoTA. I just remember that i thought so, i dont realy know how it is right now. I guess i have to apologize of my wrong estatement that i made.

you spam skill at first sight of him? your dead

every hero has some advantage if battle some specific hero...
huskarl have great harrasing capability with his burning spear..
i hate when huskarl just stand in behind my creep and deny both gold & xp ... with his burning spear

maybe Valfrog can renew those unpopular heroes so that they can be used frequently....but its a good idea if the whole set of dota 1 heroes will be preserved.
New heroes will also be nice..Hope to see new things in Dota 2.
