Ok, here are some other changes made due to itsmee thread and Spades proposition.

We will have one month test period with this. I have removed 7-days-link-banned system, but with that i put few other options for members of Forum Councilors. So, FC-s will have advanced post options.

So, from now on, if you see ANY kind of advertisement, for which u think it doesn't fit, you are welcome to delete it. To delete WHOLE thread if necessary.

Weeeel, we had few ads here and there, few i deleted, few bane deleted. But we had them.
