So i found out that clicking the "send" button more than once when posting causes double-posting. There might be other ways of double-posting such as slow internet due to downloads but i have not tested it yet.

Double posting is problem that not only affects me but everyone here. It can be annoying to delete a double post and it kind of floods the forums (not ona big scale obviously... but still its a waste)

I think there is a way of solving it. What can be done is to put a time limit. This means that in the next (lets say 20 seconds) after your post you cannot post anything new.

If you guys (and girls ) have any other ideas of how to solve double posting lets discuss it & give some feedback.

nerf the time limit plz. kinda make it 10 seconds. 25 secs. is kinda long

Just wondering, could the limit be bumped up by 2 seconds? i know its a random number but 10 doesn't seem to be enough for me, it still sometimes DP, then when I come back it shows I only posted once :/

/\ I am sure I only have that problem actually, I just think it is because of the internet I have to use (my schools proxys and such) so it frequently bugs out, resulting in the double non-double post sysndrome :/
