If my posts seem that way then I apologize, but I think this thread really clearly shows, why philosophy is so much needed today and that it deprives people from many things (like ability to see things from other perspectives).
I actually wrote a huge article before the chess thingy, but noone yet responded (or did I miss it?). So how about we try to get on-topic once again?

So now, you've given yourself a failsafe; anytime you say something stupid (should be fairly often) you can just say it was a test, and that it's actually an indication of our stupidity instead of yours. If it makes you feel better, you can say that all you want, but I highly doubt anyone is going to buy that excuse.

Banebu, I'm sorry, we were just showing the difference between discussion and arguing. We were arguing even though I was doing my best for discussion. It is a philosophic difference, but after all, too many words that weren't on topic make people not want to read more which defies the point of the thread

What I said was:
If you are ignorant towards my arguments and all you care about is pointing out what I did (even though you obviously missed why did I quote Wikipedia), what do you want to talk about? So far you posted nothing regarding the issue discussed, so what do you expect from me? I just respond to the stuff you wrote, if you wrote more and on-topic, I would talk about that.
After many many words put together to make some sense and build a structure for my later arguments, all you did was point out I quoted Wiki. Now you just keep saying I do "personal attacks". You are staying totally blind to the fact I used so many arguments and being ignorant to them as much as you are staying ignorant to the things I'm actually writing, you just respond to the feeling you get from reading my posts. I'm sorry, but there is no point in discussing that, because you obviously can't read the lines (I don't even want to you read between them, just exactly them). That is not my problem, it is your problem, because everything you described in your post regarding my person can be used against you.
I want you to point out the stupidiest stuff I wrote. Only the swimming and wiki would fall under that category from my point of view (its been several days and I write more than just here, so I hope I didn't miss anything). So be my guest and dig more dirt if you want.
