Hi,

My name is Stan from China now living in NY. I have been playing DOTA for about 3 years, but can't play as good as I want to be. So I hope to learn more from experienced players, and team up with guys here who are also willing to discuss, learn and improve.

Best quick advice I can give you is the find a team of friends to play with, and use a voice chat program like skype, teamspeak, mumble, etc.
