Vexx Academy is a serious collection ofVery High skilled players looking for a High skilled player to join our team as the mid player. Our goal is to enter tournaments and begin serious competition.
We have mandatory practice almost every day, every week. This means usually 6 days per week, preferably 7 days per week.
If you do not have a fairly available 5pm+ EST schedule with a will to play Dota a lot, your chances are weakened.
If you do not play at least 4 hours of Dota every day, your chances are weakened.
If you are not willing to communicate with team members inside and outside the field, you need not apply. If you are not willing to show up for practices or tell someone if you are not going to, you need not apply.
If you are one of those pretentious players that thinks playing Dota constantly gives you a special talent and that you're too good for this game, and as such have a tendency to flame and rage; trust me, we don't need you and until you get your attitude in order nobody is going to want you.
If you are unable to take negative criticism, even the bad kind, with grace then you will have a rough time. However, we promise to listen if you do not like our criticism for legitimate reasons, and we promise to try and make our criticism well mannered and productive at all times.
