pennants only apply for valve tournaments, its a random drop in all others

Pennants are only for major tourney such as the international all other you just need a ticket to have a chance at drops.

Drops are based then of number of viewers for example if there ate 10k spectators then you have 1 in 10k chance to get the drop.

Drops happen for every
First Blood.
Multi kill double, triple, ultra, and rampage all drop there own so if 1 person kills all 5 and then 3 more bb and die to him 7 drops happen 1 for every kill after the first.
Aegis Stealing if 1 team kills Rosh and the other team sneaks in and takes aegis.
and end of game drops one after the win screen pops up.

GL and remember the big games will need the pennants and im sure that new pennants will show up as soon as all the invatations for the TI3 go out so grab them when they do so you can root for your teams and get drops.
