So, I am 14 years old, i've been playing dota since i was 8, it was my brother who first introduced it to me.
I'll tell you a story of how i began playing dota2 and games in general, hope you enjoy reading it as much as i enjoyed remembering it x)
My 2 brothers are gamers (they are now in separate universities), they were who first introduced me to gaming, my first game ever was unreal tournament - the first one, i think. I loved that game so much that i still play their franchises to this date.
When i had just bought a computer with my christmas/birthday/easter money given by my relatives my brother came in and installed warcraft 3 on my computer, and - i still remember it - he said "Don't play online or the people will call u bad names" at the time i felt scared and i put multiplayer aside after he said that, which was good because i got to play with bots and thus know more about the game before starting playing it.
There was this time when my brothers started inviting me to play with them and their friends, i had to install hamachi, which back in the day had a yellow and old-looking UI and i joined their hosted game.
I still remember those days, i cried when i made our team lose, my body shoocked from intimidation and hope that i won't screw up, it was as if i was in the international finals.
That was problably the reason why i became a gamer, i enjoyed playing with friends, specially relatives, and it's also why i don't play singleplayers, except for skyrim.
That is my story and if you read through all that, then you deserve a medal, which is playing with me ! (convinced much ?) http://steamcommunity.com/id/TommyWilly/
