What is the best 6 item build of wisp on your opinion

Arcane, mekasm, heart, shiva, hex, pipe.

Arcane, Drums, Pipe, Heart, Shivas, Hex

Arcane/mekansm/urn/necronomicon/hex/heart

Depending on the situation
but must have is Heart/Hex/Necro/Travel Boots (travel to your allie and ulti, it's sick)
Pipe if there is much magic, otherwise build Bloodstone

dunno how to play this hero at all

Thinking about support, you wont make many items... But try to make Basilius, Arcane, Drum and Meks or Urn (not necessary in this order).

This is definitely one of the best, but you can always got for urn if you feel you can hold off on a heart or shivas for a while.

I agree with everyone that recommends playing wisp full support. So buy courier and/or wards in the begining (depends if you have the cash, maybe you'll get it as a random). Go for arcane boots but don't use it just for yourself, your team will be happy with that mana. Secondly I'll suggest an urn because of the mana regen you get and the hp you can use it on yourself and for your teams benefit. You should prioritize denying instead of last hitting if you are not doing middle lane, but most wisps are better of taking care of someone in a lane, at least that's how I like to do it. Next save for a mekansm which it's a must in my opinion. It's a very good item which can sometimes, if used properly, can turn team fights in your favor. After this consider a pipe. For luxury items I'll say a sheep stick will do just fine. It's hard to get but if you stick with your team and get those assissts you'll soon have the money. And don't forget the magic wand. It will save your life more times than I can tell.
