It seems that you dont exactly know how creating a character or an object works

1) Create the objects body [including face,legs,etc (for the weirdos no the.....Things between the pants are NOT included)]
2) Create the decorations (weapons .armor.etc.)
3) Make his movemets (walking ,Running ,hitting etc)
4) fix the bugs while encountering The earth the sky and other objects.

It's a 3 d model poision,they design the entire 3d,and then they just put up a camera in front to take the specific pictures for some time ,so they aren't making a the photo move of gondar they just design the 3d and take a short vid while theyre moving him.
