It's under the process of going through a remake, it was quite active when I joined and the year before I joined.
The random text is more of like a quote from you to the public. Things changed but is still changing for the better. Last time a lot of stuff is visible under our profile pictures. E.G. Fav Hero, Random Text, Location and other stuffs which used to exist before I came.
The reason why the portal is looking pretty empty/inactive at the moment is that many mods are busy doing their real life stuffs, some from time to time come back here to check out how it is going. I myself am one of the only few mods who will be keeping the portal in order. The admin by the way is busy rewritting the html for this portal. He promised us that it will be much better than it is now, and that it will have more stuffs/competitions than what we used to have. We mods on the other hand promised that we will be back trying to keep the portal in moderation when the admin has finished rewriting the html code for the portal.
Promised deadline: Unsure by months but within this year. He mentioned with in a few more months.
