Since there will be eventually members leaving the portal in the forseeable future, either permanently or for a certain amount of time, why not have a subsection in the Introductions section which is dedicated for Farewells? I think that is a better way to say goodbye to the whole forum, either temporarily or permanently compared to the Tavern which is basically a freemen's topic(normally not taken seriously by the majority).
