i still try to give the colour but not good enough so i give the white-black version

Well, at first I wanted to make an animated concept so people could saw how the lights would move. I was going to add more lights around the main "eye" in a clockwork fashion so you can picture the circular patterns moving in different directions like a clock or something. It has to look like an eye without making him look exactly like an eye, but since it's so easy to make a concept for him there could be many posibilities.
