For example in official steamgifts group on steam everybody hates Russians/Ukrainians because they are very rough and they bagging a lot. And also on steamgifts.com Russians/Ukrainians create a lot of fake giveaways just for lulz, or to get steamgifts points. And i know many examples like this. And it's sad...
