I think its difficult coz my inet connection is very bad

and here some my ping

US : 300++ms
Europe : 299++ms
China :250++ms
Aussie : 250++ ms
local server : <100 ms

I use regular package from ISP in my country...
not wireless (using telepon line to modem)
