I'm relatively new to the DotA/MOBA genre, since I've only played League of Legends. However, as a fan of both Valve and LoL, I'm excited for Dota 2, and I'm glad to [attempt to] be part of this community.

...that's kinda it. I'm bad at introductions.

I've also never played DotA, which is a shame for me.

Welcome, id suggest you read up a bit on DotA, as a former LoL player (Have played all of em Razz) I can tell you there is a huge difference.

Yeah, I noticed! The differences are pretty staggering, and I'm shocked that people still try to compare the two to find a "better" game.
