yes, as blood said, you have earned official portal status of hero maker.

Members get that status after they make 3 heroes, and senior hero maker after their 5th hero.

well if ure hero maker the guys thjat want to make heroes and provide with icons,bg story(in my case) and all sort of stuff can come to hero maker statused members to ask ,the same goes for me i gott a huge advantage at making heroes because i know what the numbers need to be ,the memeory leaks of w3,and all other stuffs im like omni hero maker-reviwer plus hero mkaers tend to get very experienced and plus its a title for gods sake so your like upper places than the normal members.
