I think that question was stated correctly and Bane twisted it.
I'm sure that Rex meant "team recruitement" that there should be a new division to the DotA section, where people can look for a team, or look for members if don't have a full team yet.

Ok to make it clear: What I was asking for is a section here on D2P where users can look for other players and clans/teams or what ever you want to call it can present themself and maybe recruit players.

We do not have one. Since it's a DOTA 2 site, we shall not have one until DOTA 2 actually comes out. If you want to form a DotA clan, check PlayDotA.com Recruitment Section.
