Hai!

When I finish a game of DotA 2, there are some cosmetic items at the bottom of the scoreboard, which I guess are items i have gained for playing that match...
However, when I check my backpack, there are nothing at all, it is completely empty.

Why?
How do I get the items?

As far as I know the items that you see at the end of the game are those of ALL players gained through the match. That means that all the items don't necessarily belong to you.

The owner of the item is shown below it, if you see your name under one of em' that means it's yours.
